Chicken pot pie casserole(Megan)
This is an easy chicken pot pie casserole! And it smells heavenly 🤤
You’ll need: 3 cups shredded chicken (if you want to be lazy like me, I just buy a rotisserie chicken and pull the meat off that instead of cooking chicken)
3 cups frozen vegetables ( I do carrots and peas)
2 tsp minced garlic
1/3 tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 can biscuits (I get southern style but cheesy flavors good too)
2 tsbp butter
Preheat over to 375 and spray a 13X9 baking dish
In a large bowl combine everything but buscuits and butter . Mix well!
Pour the mixture into the baking dish
Cut the buscuits into quarters (if you like the buscuits to completely cover than cut them in half)
Drizzle the melted butter onto the buscuits and toss them so they are covered
Top the mixture with the buscuits and bake for 20-25 minutes
Let it cool and then serve, Enjoy!
